Admission Requirements for the Dual-Credit Program

  • High school graduates must submit complete transcripts covering Grades 9 to 12, demonstrating a composite average GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • A composite average GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) is required from Grades 9 to 11
  • Students with a GPA ranging from 2.0 to 3.0 may be required to retake specific high school courses to fulfill program requirements
  • English proficiency test scores must meet a minimum of EAP1 level
  • An interview for the Innovatia High School Program must be successfully completed
  • For Category A universities the requirements for admission are an average GPA of 3.3 or above in dual-credit courses, with grades of B or above in all subjects, a grade of B+ or above in University English Writing 1 & 2, and successful completion of the EAP English course
  • For Category B universities, the requirements for admission are an average GPA of 2.8 or above in dual-credit courses, with grades of C above in all subjects, a grade of B+ or above in University English Writing 1 & 2, and successful completion of the EAP English course

Entry requirements for the ACCP program

  • Category A universities require 24 points from 6 DSE subjects (with a minimum of 4 points in English).
  • Category B universities require 20 points from 6 DSE subjects (with a minimum of 3 points in English).
  • The 6 subjects do not necessarily need to include Chinese. If Chinese is failed, it can be substituted with the study of another foreign language.
  • English proficiency can be demonstrated through TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo English Test, or by taking the EAP internal test. (Home versions of TOEFL and IELTS are not accepted.)
  • If students’ English proficiency reaches level 4 or above, the requirement of providing TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or EAP test scores can be waived and students only need to provide their transcripts.
